Elif was born in Ankara, Turkey. At an early age she developed a special interest in character and personality drawings, in which she mentions that her fathers' studies in mathematics and drawings attracted her to pursue her life in arts. In 2000, Elif received her bachelor degree in Fine Arts. In addition to her degree, she receieved her certificate from Chamber of Architects in Ankara in 2000.

Since 2000, she has worked with musicians, actors, film makers and photographers world wide. Currently, her specialties include animation, illustration, graphic and web design. Elif's works can be viewed at kedi.tv
